Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on kairopeptides.com. The first section is the one that decides whether you should be ordering at all.

Research use only

Everything KAIRO sells is a research chemical. It is not a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic, or a food. The Food and Drug Administration has not approved any of it for use in humans or animals, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Not for human consumption. Not for animal consumption. Not for therapeutic or diagnostic use. That restriction is a condition of sale, not fine print.

We publish no dosing, administration, or protocol guidance, for any species, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

What you confirm when you order

By placing an order you confirm all of the following:

• You are 18 or older.
• You are buying for laboratory or research use, and you are qualified by training or professional practice to handle research chemicals.
• You will not administer or consume the material, and you will not give it to anyone who will.
• You take responsibility for handling, storage, and disposal once the shipment reaches you.

Checkout will not proceed without an affirmative acknowledgment of these terms. The box arrives unchecked; you check it yourself. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel any order we cannot age-verify.

Order acceptance

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is complete when we accept the order and it ships. Until then we may decline it in whole or in part and refund anything already paid.

We decline orders that read as resale for human use, that we cannot age-verify, and that we cannot ship compliantly to the address given. We may also decline any order we believe is placed in breach of these terms.

Prices and pack pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price shown when we accept your order is the price for that order.

Pack pricing is automatic and applies per compound: 3 or more of the same item takes 10 percent off that item, 5 or more takes 15 percent, 10 or more takes 20 percent. Quantities of different compounds do not add together into one tier. The discount is shown in the cart before you pay.

We may limit quantities per order or per customer, and we may discontinue a compound at any time.

Payment

KAIRO accepts Venmo and Zelle. There is no card processor on this store, so no card number is entered here and none is stored here.

Payment happens after checkout, not during it. When you place an order it is recorded as on hold and no money moves. Your confirmation screen and your order email carry the handle to send to and the amount to send. Put your order number in the payment note; that is how a payment gets matched to an order.

Nothing ships until the payment lands. An order that stays unpaid may be cancelled, and cancelling costs you nothing. Stock is not held against an unpaid order, and you can place the order again at any time.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only, and checkout accepts US shipping addresses. What it costs, when it moves, and how pickup works are set out in the shipping policy.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the package, or when you collect the order in person. Damage and loss in transit are handled under the shipping policy.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the material being what its certificate of analysis says it is. We are not responsible for what is done with it after it leaves us.

To the fullest extent the law allows, KAIRO’s total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost research time or lost data. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not permit us to limit.

No resale for human use

You may not resell, relabel, repackage, or redistribute KAIRO material for human or animal use, and you may not represent it as fit for such use. We stop selling to any buyer we find doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from a purchase are resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the business changes. The version posted when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
