How do I get my order?
Two ways to get it. Collect it in person, free, or have it shipped and tracked within the United States. Orders over $200 ship free; under that, a flat rate shows at checkout before you pay. Either way, nothing moves until your payment arrives: shipped orders paid before 12 PM CST on a business day go out the same day, and pickup details come to you as soon as your order is ready.
Where do I find the certificate of analysis?
Each label carries a QR code tied to that lot's certificate. Scan it, or enter the lot number on the verification page. A lot's data appears there once the lab issues its certificate, not before.
How should I store what I receive?
Store lyophilized. Keep cold and out of light. That line is printed on the label and repeated on the lot's certificate.
What is your return policy?
Damaged in transit, the wrong item, material that does not match its certificate, or a package that never arrives: each of those is a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Send the order number, the lot number, and photographs where there is something to see, and wait for our reply before shipping anything back. A broken seal cannot be re-verified, so opened vials cannot be refunded or exchanged. Full terms are on the returns page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Venmo and Zelle, both at checkout. Your confirmation page and your email carry the payment details: the exact amount, the Venmo handle or Zelle QR to send to, and the order number to put in the note. We start processing as soon as the payment lands, and any refund returns the same way it came in.
What does research use only mean?
Everything KAIRO sells is for laboratory research. Not for human or animal consumption. Not for therapeutic or diagnostic use. Placing an order confirms you are buying it for research and are qualified to handle it.
