Shipping
Two ways to get an order: shipped to a US address, or collected in person. Both wait on payment, because on this store payment happens after checkout.
Where we ship
Within the United States only. Checkout accepts US shipping addresses, and we do not ship internationally.
What it costs
- FedEx Ground, $10 flat. Applies to any order under $200.
- Free shipping on orders of $200 or more, measured after any pack discount.
- Local pickup, free.
Whichever applies is shown at checkout before you place the order.
When it ships
Your order ships after your payment arrives, not when the order is placed. Venmo and Zelle settle outside this store, so the sequence is: you place the order, you send the payment, we confirm it, then we pack.
Orders paid before 12 PM CST ship the same day. A payment confirmed after that goes out the next business day. Weekends and national holidays are not shipping days.
Once the carrier has the package, transit time is the carrier’s. Your tracking number is the live answer, and we do not quote a delivery date we do not control.
Local pickup
Local pickup is free and appears as a delivery choice at checkout. It works the same way as a shipped order: pay first, then we confirm the order is ready and arrange the collection with you by email, including where and when.
Storage on arrival
Vials ship lyophilized and sealed. Store what arrives the way its own label reads: store lyophilized, keep cold and out of light.
Tracking
Shipped orders move on FedEx Ground. A tracking number is emailed from orders@kairopeptides.com when the package leaves.
Lost or damaged
A damaged or wrong item is handled under returns and refunds; this section covers the package itself. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking stalls and nothing arrives, write to hello@ovae.ai with your order number and photographs where there is damage to show. Tell us as soon as you see the problem, before the vials are handled any further. We replace it or refund it, your choice.
